Technology Business Center (TBC)

The Technology Business Center (TBC) is the gateway of the University Technology Park and the ideal location for emerging life science and technology companies. The historic building was upgraded to LEED certification and now meets the dynamic needs of bioscience, energy, chemical, engineering and companies requiring robust infrastructure for wet and dry labs such as back-up generators, exhaust fan ducting and WIFI.

Space is flexible at the TBC to accommodate businesses requiring specialized build-outs. Generous tenant improvement funds from Wexford Science + Technology may be available to help companies that are growing quickly. A four-story, open-air atrium is the heart of the building, where tenants meet, socialize, and exchange ideas. All tenants enjoy complimentary use of shared amenities, including high-tech conference rooms, 24-hour security and a mailroom.
