Tower
The IIT Tower provides flexible office space for IT and companies in the early-product and customer development stages. Tenants in the Tower do not require lab space, but want access to all the advantages of the University Technology Park community.
Startup rental space ranges from individual offices to entire, 16,000-square-foot floors. As do all tenants at UTP, companies in the Tower have immediate access to entrepreneurial guidance, funding sources, shared office services, and the opportunity to draw from a pool of exceptional student workers.
