TBC Conference Space
Conference Center within the Technology Business Center is a full-service meeting space that is free for Technology Business Center tenants, and can be rented by IIT and non-IIT users (see rates).
The dramatic atrium can be rented for social events and company celebrations, and individual conference rooms are equipped to handle working meetings and presentations with user-friendly audio/visual systems, including an LCD projector for multimedia presentations and motorized projection screens. Building staff is available to help with setup and catering.

Hours
The Conference Center is open 24-7 to UTP tenants. The space is open to the general public as follows (hours subject to change for special events):
- Monday – Friday: 8 am – 6 pm
- Saturday: 8 am – 1 pm
- Sunday: Closed

Approved Vendors
Below is a list of approved caterers and rental companies; any vendors not on the list must be approved by building management prior to the event. All vendors must supply a certificate of insurance prior to each event. The certificate of insurance must name CRB Federal, LLC d/b/a/ Wexford Equities, LLC (Owner) and Colliers International Real Estate Management Services, LLC d/b/a Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Real Estate Management Services (Manager) as additional insured. A copy of the liquor license must be provided to Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler at least 48 hours prior to any event where alcohol is being served.
